We stayed in the executive rooms in KMVN Tallital. Rooms require a climb of quite a few stairs but room are good with balconies that overlook the lake. Rooms have been renovated recently and are spacious. Best thing about kmvn is the location. Food is healthy and wholesome

It's an average place. We stayed in their cottage. Was not quite clean or tidy. But they provide room heaters in winters without additional charge. Parking is available. This place is 15 mins away from Mall road. Morning breakfast is below average. It's website is down so you would have to walk in and check the rooms and ask for a price.

Location is superb right next to the lake and you get a good view of the lake from the reception and from the rooms too and the staff was cordial. However, the rooms and specially bathrooms are not properly maintained. The water was leaking and the entrance to the room was stinking.

Very beautiful location, best view of nani lake from our room located on the 2nd floor. It was a 4 bedded room. Food was good. Be prepared to climb atleast 100 stairs to reach ur room. That may be a problem for elderly parents.|

Worst experience I ever faced in my whole life. The issues started when we entered in our room. There was 2 big spiders in our room and we never saw that big spider in our life. I asked room service boy to put those spiders out of the room. Also there was so many spider webs in that room. Balcony was very dirty and I felt that they never cleaned it. They also changed the rooms category without changing it on their website. So, if you see their website and actual rooms then you feel that they are charging customers for the premium rooms but allowing them to stay in standard rooms. There is no lift. I suggest you guys to stay in other hotels near lake as per your budget instead of this one.

Located at an exquisite place just beside the Tallital, you ll have an amazing stay here. But the steepness will pose some problems for the elderlies if you choose a higher floor room.

Good location. Just you have to climb around 52 steps to reach the reception. After that for room you have to again climb for around 15-30 steps. No lift. But the view from all the rooms are towards Naina Devi jheel. Too close to bus stand and hence easily accessible.

Excellently located, close to Mall Road where you can have a nice view of Naini Lake. The difficulty is the stairs which is too much. Food is mediocre and the staffs are really good.
